The 2025 IVAP Workshop will mark a major milestone for the EIT HEI Initiative, bringing together over 300 participants in the heart of Zagreb to further innovation capacity building within Europe’s higher education institutions. Over the course of three days, the event will focus on fostering collaboration between academia, industry, and policymakers.

haca.studio has been entrusted with the end-to-end coordination of this high-impact event. We will manage all aspects of event delivery—from on-site logistics to digital registration—ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees. A custom Eventify platform will support registration and networking, using smart interest-based tags to connect participants.

The programme will include interactive sessions, expert panels, and practical workshops to support institutions in implementing their Innovation Vision Action Plans (IVAPs). With sustainability and inclusivity at the forefront, the workshop will follow a zero-waste approach and incorporate accessible features throughout.

Our Role Will Include:

• Complete project management and on-site coordination
• Digital registration platform (Eventify) with custom networking features
• Branded event identity and communication materials
• Coordination of speakers, venue, catering, and workshop resources
• Multilingual support and inclusive design practices
• Post-event feedback and reporting

This workshop is set to become a cornerstone event in empowering innovation within Europe’s academic and entrepreneurial ecosystems and haca.studio will be at the heart of making it happen.
