Overview: haca.studio supported DIGITALEUROPE as Event Management Partner for a members-only event in Brussels. The event brought together representatives from member companies and institutional stakeholders for meetings, discussions and networking. The delivery required precise operational coordination, supplier management and reliable on-site execution.
What We’re Doing
Event Management
We delivered operational event management, focusing on execution and on-site delivery:
- Venue Coordination: Managing venue-related logistics, layouts and technical requirements.
- Supplier Management: Coordinating and managing event suppliers, including venue services, AV production, catering and technical partners.
- Event Setup & Breakdown: Coordinating the physical setup, room configurations and dismantling.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Managing operational budgets and delivery timelines.
- On-site Coordination: Overseeing live operations, speaker support, technical checks and real-time issue resolution.
- Participant Flow & On-site Guidance: Ensuring clear circulation, timing and participant guidance throughout the event.
Impact: Through focused event management and on-site coordination, haca.studio ensured the DIGITALEUROPE Members Event was delivered smoothly and professionally. Our operational oversight enabled the organisers to concentrate on content and member engagement, while participants benefited from a clear, efficient and well-managed event environment aligned with EU-level institutional standards.
