DIGITALEUROPE Member Event

DIGITALEUROPE wanted to host a late‑afternoon event with both an in‑person audience and an online component, centred around a keynote and panel discussion. With limited space and budget, they needed a partner to transform their offices into a small hybrid conference setup while keeping internal control over guest invitations and registrations. haca.studio was brought in to handle staging, AV, hybrid streaming and supplier coordination so the team could focus on speakers and stakeholders.
What we did
- Stage & space design
Turned a standard office area into a defined stage and audience setup, optimised for both in‑room sightlines and camera framing so the event worked equally well on site and online. - Hybrid AV & streaming
Provided microphones, sound, lighting and a compact streaming setup to capture the keynote and panel, ensuring clear audio and a stable, professional feed for remote participants. - Supplier coordination
Managed all external suppliers for AV, furniture and catering logistics, aligning timing and setup with office constraints and the hybrid technical requirements. - Guest flow & hospitality
Structured the programme from arrival coffee break through the content block (16:30–18:30) to closing drinks, creating natural touchpoints for networking on site while keeping the online programme tight and focused.
Impact
The event delivered a polished hybrid experience that felt like a dedicated mini‑conference, despite taking place in the client’s own offices and within a constrained budget. DIGITALEUROPE’s team could focus on content and engagement, while haca.studio ensured a smooth experience for both in‑person guests and remote viewers from setup to wrap.
