The Challenge

For its latest high-level workshop, WHO Europe needed more than just a venue and a few PowerPoints. They required a partner capable of managing multiple moving parts across countries, formats, and stakeholders—without losing sight of quality or precision.

We supported WHO Europe by:‍

• ‍Coordinating all suppliers involved in the event, from venue to catering to AV technicians
• Managing travel logistics for international participants and speakers
• Designing and adapting floorplans to support the workshop format and flow of movement
• Setting up a hybrid solution that connected remote speakers with the live workshop in real-time
• Assembling and formatting all workshop materials—visual aids, templates, and tools—for optimal use and documentation
• Creating a clear post-event asset archive to help WHO Europe map action plans and track implementation

The Outcome
