haca.studio partnered with EBRAINS for the organisation of the EBRAINS Summit 2025 in Brussels. The summit brought together almost 400 international stakeholders from research, innovation and public institutions for a multi-format programme combining plenary sessions, parallel tracks, exhibitions and public-facing activities. The project required a structured strategic approach, strong coordination across suppliers, and a coherent communication ecosystem before, during and after the event.

haca.studio supported the Eastern Partnership Civil Society Forum with the delivery of its 2025 Civil Society Summit. Building on our multi‑year collaboration, the summit brought together regional civil society leaders, EU stakeholders and partners for a high‑stakes policy dialogue programme, combining plenary debates, working sessions and networking formats tailored to the EaP CSF’s strategic priorities.

DIGITALEUROPE hosted a compact, office-based event at their Brussels headquarters for around 100 in‑person guests, built around a keynote and panel. haca.studio designed the stage, AV and a remote speaker link‑up, enabling online contributions from speakers while keeping the audience experience fully in person and conference‑like within a tight budget.

haca.studio partnered with the EIT Higher Education Initiative for the organisation of the IVAP Workshop 2025 in Krakow. The workshop brought together almost 300 higher education institutions, innovation actors and programme stakeholders for focused working sessions and peer exchange. The event required structured operational management, precise coordination, and clear on-site communication to support an intensive, content-driven agenda.

In February 2025, haca.studio supported the Battery Pass Consortium with the planning and execution of their stakeholder event in Brussels. From logistics to visual production, we ensured a smooth and professional experience for participants from across Europe.

Early this year 2025, haca.studio supported WHO Europe with travel management, registrations, shuttle support service, event coordination, event activation and event marketing on-site, hotel management and dinner setup turning complex logistics into smooth execution.
