In February 2025, haca.studio supported the Battery Pass Consortium in delivering a high-level stakeholder event in Brussels — part of a wider European initiative for transparent and sustainable battery value chains.
Our Role
Our team handled the full spectrum of event logistics: from pre-event planning to on-site coordination. We ensured cohesive visual communication across all materials, produced tailored signage, and supported smooth interaction between speakers and attendees.
Outcome
The event was a success, gathering key industry and policy stakeholders from across Europe. Thanks to careful planning and seamless execution, the Battery Pass team received positive feedback for both the clarity and professionalism of the experience.
