Brussels-based, global-ready
We don’t just plan events in Brussels, we plan them where they need to happen. In this post, we reflect on our recent work in Zagreb and how we approach international events with the same clarity, adaptability, and hands-on research that define all our projects. From venue scouting to partner coordination, here’s how we make it work abroad.
We’re based in Brussels, but our work doesn’t stop at city borders. We’re an international events agency, which means we bring the same attention to detail, creative thinking, and stakeholder alignment whether we’re planning in the heart of the EU quarter or thousands of kilometres away.
From understanding local contexts to building on-the-ground partnerships, we make events happen where they need to happen.
Take Zagreb, for example. We travelled there twice, visited seven venues, contacted local suppliers, and worked closely with on-site partners to shape a programme that truly fit the brief. The Zagreb Convention Bureau helped us connect with the right venues and people. We explored conference facilities at Hilton Garden Inn Zagreb, and discovered the stunning Medvedgrad Fortress as a potential networking dinner location.
It’s a great example of how our approach adapts to new settings without losing precision or personality.
The essentials stay the same: a strong floorplan, formats that suit the climate and context, and stakeholder mapping end to end. We just adapt the language, rhythm, and venue logic to match the place and the people.
Whether your audience is local, European, or global, we’ll meet them there.
